Badass Productions has announced another full-length feature film set in not so future world of Las Vegas and Boulder City of Nevada. Living in Clark County for more than ten years Executive Producer Tyler Harris explains that he wants to shoot the action-packed film in a city that has never been explored before.
“Survival of the Species (working title) is a superhero, romantic, horror film about a mysterious woman who wakes up into a post-apocalyptic world where humanity has been driven to the brink of extinction by the animal kingdom with no recollection of her past and how she got there. Upon arrival, she meets a man that saves her life leading the two to fall in love as they look for a way to bring humanity back to its formal glory.
I want to show animals as the enemies for once. Films seem to villainize our own species or aliens forgetting that there are still things out there that would gladly eat us. This time we come together as human, having each other back out of necessity to survive.

I believe other animals push us to war with each other to do the dirty work for them. Maybe if we turned our weapons against them we would be too busy fighting off our true enemies to fight each other. “
The film is currently looking for a screenwriter but will keep us up to date on progress.
